Start Managed Systems
Pass-through costs. Hosting and care plans cover routine maintenance, monitoring, updates, troubleshooting, and small improvements. Third-party software, premium plugins, domains, SMS charges, API/model usage, automation tools, CRM subscriptions, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and additional user licenses are billed separately unless explicitly included.

What care plans don't include

Care covers keeping your existing systems running clean. The bigger work is quoted separately so you always know what you're paying for.

What does monthly care include?

Depending on the plan, care can include hosting, monitoring, backups, form testing, chatbot checks, automation checks, small updates, and support. Each tier above lists exactly what's covered and what isn't.

Are software costs included?

Not always. Tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, domains, SMS, AI / API usage, CRM tools, or premium plugins may be billed separately unless included in writing.

What if I need a major change?

Big work — redesigns, new features, new pages, new apps — gets quoted separately before we start. You see the scope and the price before anything is built.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Care plans run month-to-month after the first month.
