Email setup and automations that keep follow-up from slipping.

Professional business email, lead replies, quote follow-ups, reminders, and review requests set up so customers hear from you without you remembering every step.

Professional business email setup

Set up professional email like name@yourbusiness.com, connect it to your domain, create inboxes and aliases, and configure the records that help mail send properly.

Starting at $450 ($350 base + $45 per mailbox)

What's included

  • Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 setup
  • Custom domain email (name@yourbusiness.com)
  • DNS setup and MX records
  • SPF, DKIM, and DMARC starter policy configured
  • Mailbox and user creation
  • Aliases or forwarding addresses
  • Login handoff so you own the accounts
  • Send and receive testing across desktop and mobile
  • Basic handoff instructions written in plain English

Heads up on subscriptions: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 subscription costs are billed separately by Google or Microsoft. Lucac's price covers setup and configuration — you keep the keys.

Deliverability hardening add-on — $150 to $300

If your business sends email from more than one place — a website contact form, a CRM, an invoicing tool, a marketing platform — those systems all need to be authorized to send mail on your domain. If they're not, your messages start landing in spam. This add-on reviews every sender connected to your domain (website forms, CRM senders, transactional senders, marketing tools), cleans up the DNS records, and rolls out a DMARC policy in a way that doesn't break anything overnight. Best when more than one system sends email for the domain.

Email migration

Move business email from an old provider into a cleaner Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 setup.

Starting at $750 ($300 base + $85 per mailbox; complex migrations $125–$175 per mailbox)

What affects price

  • Number of inboxes being moved
  • Size of old inboxes (years of mail vs. months)
  • Shared mailboxes or distribution lists
  • Contacts and calendar migration
  • Re-runs for late-arriving mail after cutover
  • Messy DNS or domain setup that needs untangling first
  • Weekend or after-hours cutover windows
  • Hard downtime constraints (no missed mail allowed)

How it usually goes: we quote after a quick look at what you have today. Smaller, clean migrations stay close to the starting price. Bigger or messier ones get a clear flat quote before any work starts — no surprise hourly bills.

Email automation

Automatic follow-up messages that go out after someone contacts you, books, gets a quote, misses a payment, or finishes a job.

Simple sequence: starting at $1,000 · Full follow-up system: starting at $1,500+

Examples

  • Instant reply when someone fills out your contact form
  • Quote follow-up two days after sending
  • Review request after a job is marked complete
  • Invoice reminder before and after the due date
  • No-show reminder the day before an appointment
  • Missed lead follow-up if a quote goes cold
  • Thank-you message after the job
  • CRM or spreadsheet handoff so every lead lands somewhere you can see

What's included

  • Workflow mapping — we sketch out the follow-up steps with you before building
  • Message writing in your voice (not corporate template language)
  • Automation setup inside the tool that fits your business
  • End-to-end testing — every path triggered before you ever rely on it
  • Client handoff so you can see what's running and turn things on or off
  • Basic troubleshooting during launch

Ongoing support: light email automation support is available at $149/mo standalone, or included in Growth Care and Managed Systems care plans.

Best for

Businesses that forget to follow up, lose quote requests in a busy week, need more reviews to show up cleanly on Google, or want a more professional customer communication process without hiring an assistant to run it.
